COMMUNITY NOTICE: BLUE MAIL DROP BOX RELOCATION
We have been contacted by the Madelia Postmaster and asked to share an update with the community regarding the blue mail drop box.
The blue drop box will be moved from its current location at 1st St SW back to the Madelia Post Office, where it will be placed beneath the flagpole, as indicated by the red square on the image below.
Please note that this decision was made at a higher level within the postal service and was not a local decision made by our Madelia Postmaster.
We appreciate everyone’s understanding as this change takes place.
NOTE: we were not given an exact date the move will take place.
